At-home cardio anyone?

I need to get more exercise and I’ve decided to implement Fitness and Nutrition’s at-home mini cardio workout. I plan on doing it every day during Amina’s morning nap for a week and then increase the workout increments by 10.

The exercises are pretty straightforward and can be easily implemented at home or at work.

Exercises (I’ve linked Youtube videos to show the various exercises with proper form):

20 Jumping Jacks

20 Mountain Climbers

10 Push Ups

10 Squat Jumps

Repeat 5 times in a row…no break.

  1. We just moved to a second floor apartment and my biggest worry is neighbors downstsirs complaining or ceiling collapsing,..sighhh

  2. As long as it’s not a persist noise, I don’t think your neighbours below will care. And you’re not that heavy that you would make the floor cave in!
